All services are delivered entirely online and no physical goods are sold or shipped.

Tutors using the platform are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Rose Learn.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting tutors that meet their needs.

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:

  • Non-infringement
  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
  • Expected results or performance of any tutor

Rose Learn does not guarantee the qualifications, background, or suitability of any tutor.

Rose Learn cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the Website.

Where applicable laws do not allow certain disclaimers, they apply only to the fullest extent permitted.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Learn and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any:
